Wellford’s Antique Collection focuses on affordable English furniture (primarily 17th to 19th Century), estate silver and custom designed lamps. Located in an old home later used for Rachel’s Flower Shop for many years, Wellford’s also provides a wide variety of accessories for the home—from oriental rugs, oil paintings, and china to waxes, polishes, jams, special teas and gift items.

Wellford’s opened at its current location on Highland on November 1, 1998, the day when the building inspector approved the renovations by issuing a certificate of occupancy, a large container full of furniture from England and France arrived in the parking lot, and truckloads of antiques were moved from Wellford’s former location on Central. Wellford’s has been in business since 1987.
